Our team can help you select a suitable game and package, coordinate the timing and discuss dietary requirements or special requests before the event.
Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled game. Your Games Master will welcome the group, explain the rules and provide a safety and mission briefing before the 60-minute escape room begins.
Allow around 90 minutes for arrival, briefing, gameplay and the team photo. Party-room and food time will depend on the package you have selected.
Trained Games Masters monitor every experience and can provide hints when needed. For groups aged 9–11, ask about having a Games Master inside the room to assist with locks, clues and combinations.
Our team includes DBS-checked staff. Players are not physically locked inside and can leave the room whenever necessary.
Parent and responsible-adult requirements vary according to the children’s ages and the support option selected. Please confirm the supervision arrangement with our team before booking.
Escape Leicester operates from two central locations: 26 Market Street, Leicester, LE1 6DP and Horsefair House, 1–5 Horsefair Street, Leicester, LE1 5BP .
Both venues are close to city-centre parking and transport links. Check your booking confirmation carefully so every guest arrives at the correct venue.
