Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking time. Your Games Master will welcome you, explain the rules, provide a safety briefing and introduce your mission before your 60-minute game begins. The full experience usually lasts around 90 minutes including briefing, gameplay and team photo.

No. All Escape Leicester bookings are private, so your group will never be mixed with other players.

Escape Leicester operates from two city centre venues: 26 Market Street, Leicester, LE1 6DP and 3rd Floor, Horsefair House, Horsefair Street, Leicester, LE1 5BP.

Nearby parking options include NCP Rutland Centre, Pocklingtons Walk Car Park and Bishop Street Car Park, all within a short walking distance of our venues.

Market Street is accessed via stairs. Horsefair House is on the third floor with lift access available, although there are a small number of steps at the building entrance. Please contact us before booking if accessibility is important for your group.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the escape rooms. Soft drinks and water are available at the venue. For birthdays, corporate events and private bookings, catering or food options may be available.

For safety reasons, players who appear intoxicated may be refused entry without refund. We recommend saving drinks and celebrations until after your game.

Bookings can usually be amended up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Refunds are not available, but where possible we will help move your booking or issue a credit note in line with our booking terms.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking. Late arrivals may receive reduced game time because later bookings must start on schedule.
